For quick assistance in case of any technical problems, please use the “Send Remote Support Email” button which is under the Help tab in the Settings menu of the Aurender App.
Sending Remote Support Email – In case of emergencies, emails can be sent to the Support Department using the iPad. The email application on the iPad needs to be set up for this function to work. Press the “Send Remote Support Email” button and in the email, describe the problem in as much detail as possible. Sending the email will activate the Remote Support function on the Aurender Music Server and allow engineers access to the unit in order to diagnose and address any problems.
